Ingredients:

  • 4 Bakery Bees pitta breads
  • 500g chicken thigh fillets, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup pickles
  • Garlic sauce or tahini sauce

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken: Combine oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken in the mixture and let sit for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken: Fry in a pan over medium heat until golden and cooked through (about 8–10 minutes).
